User-Friendly Yet Comprehensive Authentication

In most cases, clients sign these documents on their mobile phones, so our interface is optimized for smaller touchscreens.

Automated and Manual Verification

After submission, we perform either an automated or manual check of the provided selfie and ID documents. Manual verification, when needed, takes no more than five minutes. In some cases, we also verify data with the issuing authority (such as a DMV) to ensure the ID is legitimate.

Client-Created Signatures for Higher Acceptance

Once authentication is completed, clients sign required documents—such as HIPAA forms—using their finger or mouse. We don't allow pre-made signature templates, unlike other e-signature platforms. This ensures that signatures are authentically created by your client, improving acceptance by medical providers.

Optimized for Mobile Devices

Since most clients sign documents on mobile phones, YoSign is fully optimized for smaller touchscreens, providing a seamless experience on any device.

Encrypted Signed Forms for Secure Transmission

Once signed, your client will receive a copy of the electronically signed form via email. To ensure the security of these documents, we encrypt the PDF files with a password during transmission.

Comprehensive Audit Trail

Our system saves a detailed log of all authentication and signature events, including IP addresses and timestamps. Additionally, selfies and ID document copies are stored securely on our portal for future reference.
